Markedskraft Fonder AB manages the Elexir funds. The Elexir funds are a unique investment vehicle, offering not only high expected return for the long term investor, but also serving as a tool to effectively reduce the total risk in a large portfolio of investments. Return on equity in Elexir is expected to show near zero correlation with more traditional investments, due to fundamentally different price driving factors. |

The Elexir fund started June 1st 2004. The fund is a Swedish special fund investing in standardised electricity derivatives listed on the Nordic power exchange, Nord Pool ASA. The base currency is Swedish kronor (SEK). The fund is open for investors once a month and the minimum amount is SEK 50.000.

Our assignment as Investment Manager for Elexir EUR SP has been terminated
The last years of economic crisis together with unexpected volatility and periodically illiquidity in the market in which the fund holds positions have impaired our ability as an Investment Manager to carry out its investment programme. Furthermore, these difficulties have been enlarged the last year due to a substantially lower AUM and the costs for administrating and managing the fund are no longer in reasonable proportion to the assets managed.
